Your Role as a Sales Associate


As a Sales Associate, you play a key role in our mission to provide top-tier safety solutions. Your responsibilities go beyond just selling products—you are a trusted resource for customers, helping them find the right safety gear to meet their needs. You are also responsible for keeping the store organized, stocked, and running smoothly.


Primary Responsibilities


Customer Service & Sales


· Greet customers and assist them with product selection based on their safety needs.

· Provide expert advice on PPE, FR clothing, and other safety products.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.

· Process transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy in the POS system.


Product Knowledge & Store Maintenance


· Maintain a deep understanding of our product lines and evolving safety standards.

· Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

· Assist with receiving and processing new inventory shipments.

· Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.



Collaboration & Continuous Learning


· Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Stay updated on industry regulations and customer needs.

· Provide feedback on popular products and customer requests.


Expectations & Skills


· Commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to assist customers effectively.

· Willingness to learn about safety products and industry trends.

· Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise (up to 50 lbs.).

· Dependability and punctuality in maintaining work schedules.

· Basic computer skills for POS transactions and inventory tracking.
