Outside Sales Representative

Your Role at Everything Safety


As a Business Development & Account Manager, you play a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities for growth. Your focus is on providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and ensuring they have access to the best safety solutions. Through proactive account management and business development efforts, you help strengthen Everything Safety’s presence in North Dakota and Montana.


Key Responsibilities


Account Management & Customer Retention


· Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

· Develop strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique safety needs.

· Proactively check in with customers, providing product recommendations and updates on new offerings.

· Assist clients with orders, quotes, and product inquiries to ensure seamless service.

· Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring long-term retention.


Business Development & Sales Growth


· Identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

· Develop strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.

· Conduct site visits, meetings, and product demonstrations to showcase Everything Safety’s offerings.

· Work closely with the sales and operations teams to fulfill customer needs efficiently.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and opportunities in the CRM system.


Market & Industry Insights


· Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and customer safety needs.

· Provide feedback to the team regarding customer preferences and market demands.

· Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns tailored to client needs.
